I send it as via google drive since my internet is a bit slow and it's easier to upload it that way, you can right click the folder and select download to get a zip of its content.
I took a look at your input maps and mesh and was unable to reproduce this issue on my end. I'll suggest creating a new project and seeing if it continues. One thing to note is that your input normals are significantly tiled as though you used a repeating texture across them - you might want to look into using DDO's textures to add surface detail like that and use your normals to give soft edges to your model.
I took a second look at the normal, and that was the normal that ddo produced, i got them mixed up, i didn't use an input normal, and then i added a "blank" one to see if that would fixed it, but it didn't.
