You're killing me Ahmad. You have the willpower but not the education to progress in 3D.

You should go on artstation or pinterest and look at what talented artists create. Look at how they present their models and how they create them. Here are some of my favorites:
    https://www.artstation.com/artist/paulpepera
    https://www.artstation.com/artist/snefer
    https://www.artstation.com/artist/erikrading
    https://www.artstation.com/artist/benbolton

Before you do any more projects I think you should do a tutorial that goes through a typical workflow, one that includes subdivision. I linked one in your last thread. Tim has a lot of free ones - https://gumroad.com/timb

Your models are unfinished and rushed. Forget about this speed modeling stuff. After you've completed a tutorial and want to make something of your own, sit down and gather a lot of reference. Tell yourself that you are going to make something that isn't going to take 20 minutes to make. Things that will help you learn and that will look nice are not in the same category as things you can make in 20 minutes.

If you do this, you will get better and get feedback that will help you progress. Just do it.

The issue is that the low poly is only one part of making a model. You keep saying you're going to apply a normal map but I haven't seen you post a model with a normal map applied. How are you making the normal map? I don't think you're making a subdivided high poly and baking it which is the workflow most games use.

You won't get good feedback making unfinished projects. Look at this models and look at yours. What is different about your model compared to them?

you should do these models for yourself. To learn something new about game art & 3d and not just to impress others. Especially when most of the people here on polycount have been working in game industry for a long time and are not so easily impressed.

I'm not sure if you're saying this in reference to my criticism, but I'd argue that "doing these models for yourself" and asking for criticism are definitely not mutually exclusive. With personal projects, the fun is expanding your skillset and creating something that is aesthetically pleasing. You can be happy with what you create at your current level while still realizing you have room to grow and much to learn.

just felt like he is promoting his youtube channel with all these speed modelling videos and asking for critique was somewhat obligatory. I probably got it wrong and he just wants to improve his skills. Sorry mate! Keep it up!

Its great that you are taking the feedback positively.  I think your focus on speed is unwarranted at this point.  Focus on learning, making high quality work, and the speed will come naturally.  Personally, I'm rarely interested in watching somebody else model something unless its mind numbingly good and I have to know what techniques they used.

Hey, Ahmed. I would agree with the other comments about dropping the speed and focusing on learning the fundamentals. It's a little old, but Grant Warwick has a great hard surface tutorial series here. You seem to have a handle on a lot of the tools, but some parts of the models I saw could use some cleanup, and this could help you learn even more.

Once you get a good handle on the tools themselves, then do what the others have suggested. Model from references, from life. Grab stuff around you and think how you'd build it. Take references. Build gradually more and more complex objects. That's how you really push your 3D to the next level.
