Can you bake alphas in Substance Painter.

I'm using SP 1.7.3 at the moment.

Can I bake an alpha. For example, say I want to bake a chain link fence Hi Poly to a Low Poly flat plane. I'd want the holes in the fence to be alpha'd out... Is this possible?

i never figured out how, what i did as a cheat is put a plane in the scene behind the holes, so when it baked out the id map, the hole area would get its own color, i then used it as a mask for making an alpha.

Yeah Designer has an opacity baker but not Painter yet.

Can you bake alphas in Substance Painter.
