Answered: Question about editing custom paint layer

Hello everyone,
I have a question this time about the custom paint layer in SUITE. On my model I added the skin material, and in that folder I pressed the fourth icon at the bottom the paintbrush to add a color paint layer. I paint on my model and when I finished I pressed the toggle color paint mode button on that layer… But the problem is if I want to go back to fix that paint layer I press the toggle button and the paint gets lighter and lighter every time until the paint is completely white… is there a way to go back and edit the paint layer without it getting all weird?

Progressively turning Paint Mode on and off continues to lighten the layer, but to a lesser extent.
I thought I'd forgotten to save something or was messing it up, and so have redone this work many times - I've lost a lot of hours so far. Is there progress on this bug please? It's been a month since this was raised.
Please let us know if it resolves this issue you're facing.
