Official item testing tool for TF2

The fine milliners of Valve have been extra busy this winter finishing up the holiday events and now they have presented us with an in game testing tool for community item makers.
There is lots of information on the official Team Fortress Blog detailing the essence of what this is and what they are hoping to provide to the community with this tool. Also the TF Wiki has begun their documenting of the feature as well. I'll imagine that we'll have some tutorials by the end of the week and maybe video versions by the end of the month.
Now if I calculate backwards from this date in Valve Time, I'd say the TF team has completely cleared all their goals for 2008! Cheers!
