Hello! I'm posting here because I've been running around in tragic circles now that I'm no longer in school. School was where I figured out how to fix or work around problems, where I would look at what other people were trying to make, and consider various art challenges from different angles and approaches.
I'm more of a 2D person, but when I can't do something I perceive as 'basic' in one of the 3D programs I took classes on, it's gonna bother me. I need to try and retain what little knowledge I have, right? So I'm here to keep my hand in. (My lame, newbie-level hand.)
Yo Yo Yo, First post and I have officially arrived at Polycount! I am ready to party with all you Rad designers till the cows come home and the sun don't shine or like its 1999 again or whatever other rather unlikely scenario you would like to party to!

Hello! I'm Stephen. I'm a CG and animation student in Texas, and I think I'm long overdue to get involved in the community so I can get more inspiration for my work, as well as give and receive useful feedback. Looking forward to it!
Hi everybody! My name is Makan, I'm studying cg for about 8 years now,
I don't know but I stopped being active in communities for a long time! I used to be really active specially in none cg website: GameSpot as syler4815162342, it was like a second home to me I had great friends there, since gs changed, we all had to leave it,
I missed those days I want to be active again, I've found polycount as a nice place, I think it can be more intimate place for me since we are gamers as well as artists!
Anyway I hope to meet you all and be great friends here and help the community, cheers.
Hey Adam, i have been following you guys since ages but i don't know why never registered maybe because all i used to do was get inspired and learn by you posts but now i think i can show off my work as well. So feel good to be a legit member!
Hello to everyone on the forum. I am an aspiring lead video game designer, hoping to start up a project for a revolutionary new type of MMO. I'm currently here seeking a concept artist to help put some of what's in my head onto a screen.
I'm currently at a game jam with a weird mudbox issue I'd like to post / haven't been able to find any useful info about so be cool to get going quickly !
Hello i'm another shiny and new polycount user, been a long time lurker but decided today to post a wip thread of a new asset i'm working on but now i have to wait to be verified!
Hey guys, kinda new here, I work on a lot of stuff, mostly environment stuff lately. I've a WIP going atm, but I want to work on it a bit more before posting it on Polycount for feedback. Not entirely happy with it yet. ANYWAY! I'm starting out in the games industry and was told by a few people now that polycount is a great place to develop as an artist! Here's to moving up in the world of game art development!
Cheers guys.
Hello. This is my first post. I'm a hard surface 3D modeler just got started into lowpoly modeling and texturing. Hoping to learn some methods and techniques from guys on this forum, as well as share my own of course.
Hello Polycount!
My name is Sanja and I am learning to create realistic human models at the moment. Right now I am having minor troubles with ZApp (Zbrush + Photoshop) and I was googling and found out I might find some good answers here
Cheers~

Hello everyone! I am a recent graduate from Drexel University, and it's high time I become more involved with the online community.
I studied Animation and Visual Effects, and I've been looking for some 3D modeling work over these past few months. I haven't been all that lucky so far, but I've been applying to as many places as I can to hopefully draw some attention.
My website is www.patrickstelmach.com, and you can see my portfolio and my undergraduate work there to get a better sense as to who I am.
