Looking for a talented 3D/Environment Game Artists - Vasco Games (NL)

VascoGames BV is looking for Junior 3D/Environment game artists to add to our small team in Emmen, The Netherlands. In this role the 3D artist will be busy with various aspect of 3D tasks like: optimizing 3D assets for mobile, taking care of textures, creating FX . But also tasks like creating new models, lighting, and level design. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the current games of VascoGames BV. We would like your help to take our current titles to the next level/ higher level. Working at VascoGames BV means working in a fast paced work environment where we work closely together as a team.
Demands for this function:
- Experience in the Game Industry, an internship period does also count.
- Experience with modeling & texturing of 3D assets by using 3DS max and Photoshop.
- Experience with Unity3D game engine will come handy as well.
- You need to be good in communicating and being a team player. (English/Dutch)
- You have show us mind blowing artwork to show us.
- Being able to work under strict deadlines.
Extra pluses:
- Knowledge of 3D modeling of characters , vehicles and other assets
- The animation of these models.
- Knowledge to create custom shader in Unity 5.
- If you made or worked on a mobile game / games you can show this as well.
- If you have any experience with sculpting programs like: Mudbox, ZBrush or similar and be able to bake these down to low poly models.
- If you have a strong foundation in traditional artwork like drawing or painting.
- Experience with level design.
