[HELP] How woud I make roads?

Hello.
I'm creating a city for my upcoming game, I want the city be exactly as the real one, so I made a big detailed map of it in Google Maps and then split it into small maps, in this way I have the map and I can create the roads according to that.
But there are problems, please help me. Please look at the video below and then show me a way to solve them.

I want to create a city based on a real map. and I showed in the video what I've tried. If you want it see in a non-video (I mean a picture),please tell me.
As soon as I find a new hard and difficult problem, I'll ask for a help here.
