[HELP] How woud I make roads?

Hello.
I'm creating a city for my upcoming game, I want the city be exactly as the real one, so I made a big detailed map of it in Google Maps and then split it into small maps, in this way I have the map and I can create the roads according to that.
But there are problems, please help me. Please look at the video below and then show me a way to solve them.

I did searched for a while and did mentioned in the video that I google searched. but the 4th video.... I haven't seen it, let me view this. Thanks for your answer, though.
