Wrong material within package assigned to object in Marmoset

I have a package that contains 5 base materials and 1 master material. The master material is applied to the object and outputs at 2k. The base materials are at 256x256, and are tiled within the master material. In Marmoset, when I load the substance, the material applied is one of my base materials. I need my master material to be applied. How do I change this?

    I'm not sure which graph is preferred when loading a substance inside Marmoset Toolbag 2, however you can force which one you want by going into the graph properties of those you don't want to see and just set "Output(s) computation" to "No". (The graph that load those materials will still work.)

    This way you can set only you master material as visible, and this will be the one used by Toolbag 2.
