Well base mesh has been started:
Hope I'm going pretty close to the concept.
(I'll improve ornament after so it will not being overlapping with some parts of the mesh)

Do you think you will have enough polies for that spiked hammer section? To keep the rest looking nice and curved.
Well, I hope I will pack all the available polygons right. I think сhivalry limits are pretty fat, I'm also working in dota 2 workshop and there is a luxury if you have 500 tris limit.
