Advices on retopology

So im stuck,got so many thing to do and i already run out of LoD1 polygons..
Anyone got advice to get rid of them?(blade is both side,snake is one side model)

Also comments on high poly are welcome...

Both the pattern on the blade and that circle in the middle of the snake should both be done by texture. You shouldn't add geometry to anything that won't affect your silhouette.

DireWolf is right - and on top of that, simply look closely at the way the Valve models are made.

It's hard to say how exactly it should be but maybe you can follow something like this:

I would separate the mesh into three pieces: Blade, dragonthingy, handle. Might be a little easier.

Reza,Thanks so much,i did nearby like you showed and tris is below 100(one side only..)This is mine first retopology and is there and easy way to retopo a cylinder? P.S i hate one side textured planes,srsly fuck them!

Just recreate the cylinder but instead let it have 6 or 8 sides instead of 32.
