I'm guessing this is something simple, but I can't figure it out.
I'm getting these weird lines on my polygons, as if had hard edges. But as you can see it's in a smoothing group.
Here's the smoothing group.
And here's a wireframe.
I have an issue before with some ugly geometry where a shadow would go across the polygon face, but these seem to follow along the edges.
Thanks for your help

Adding more geo, like Zombie stated would fix it, however a baked normal map from a high poly is probably the best option.
Baked normal map below.
Here's the high poly:
And here's the normal map:
I noticed that there are seams along the normal map
That won't work. What I stated will fix it.
Your normal map is SUPPOSED to look like that. Your normals baker adds those 'triangles' in the map to compensate for your low poly not being smooth.
Never blindly look at a normal map and claim errors, always apply the normal map to a model inside your target viewport UE4, CE3, Toolbag2, etc. Only then can you tell if your normal map is doing the job.
This. skinny long polygon. 3D painting programs doesn't like it either ( 3D-Coat, Mudbox, )
