3D Character Artist needed

Hello,

I am working on a prototype and I need to have a cartoony character created.

I need the model UV-ed and textured. The character is very similar to a bobble-head.

Could you provide any additional information about the specifications of the model? The trilimit and texture maps desired would be a big help for us to properly estimate the work involved.. Thanks!
