Hi all! I'm graduating this year and have a big project going on. I've seen some of the amazing talent on here and I hope to grab as much advice as possible so I get the best result I can and generally "up my skills"! Look forward to discussing
Good to join this community. I use to work in 3D stills but I want to improve my skills and there is so much awesome work and artists here... I want to learn and share.
Hi Polycount,
I'm actually more a coder. But have spend my fair amount of time in 3DSMax & Blender3D and Photoshop. I'm looking forward to post work in progress material while I try to find artstyles for the games I'm working on.
I've poked around the site over the years, but I figured it's about time to actually start taking part. I usually work as a technical artist but I'm always looking to improve my abilities and this place has a reputation for allowing and encouraging people to do just that.
It's quite a long time since I first landed on this top quality forum, found a lot of answers and good stuff here already.
So, here is my time to contribute and I finally registered so I can share with you my new plugin I wrote for zBrush, aimed to fill its long running lack of such a feature, adjusting draw size/focal shift (and more) holding a key down and moving mouse. (As the included adjust plugin didn't do it at all for me).
Hello people I'm Raphael I'm working on a side project called Earth's Special Forces and I'm here to meet to people and possibly others that might be interested in helping out a non-commercial indie project.
Hi polycount, I am mostly a coder (c++ and java) but I really want to become more of an artist so I am here to observe others and see what I can learn.
Greetings everyone here at polycount! I actually just learned about this forum today and thought that joining wouldn't hurt my chances to get a job from the game industry some day . I am fairly new to making game art, but I have been drawing since I was able to hold a pen and next year I will be specializing on game design and hopefully I will get to work on some game art related projects. I'm looking forward to start learning 3D design and hopefully I can share some of my creations here soon!
