Main thing I can see is the circular holes in the metal work (screenshot 3) look very low poly compared to the rest of the model. They are 8-sided, where ase they are smooth circles in the reference image.

will smooth those holes soon, could scale it up once its finished on the sides to thicken it perhaps

Whacked it in to UDK, still in the process of UV'ing only engines have been done

I think you nailed it. Good job man.

Maybe you could give us a screenshot out of the UDK with better lightning, sine it's hard to notice any details with this UDK-pattern applied to it.

I really like how this turned out, the rockets/propulsion things look really badass in that last screenshot. The only main critique I have is how the building is hanging a little too far over the base and maybe the fact that it should be taller, however there's always room for creativity and nothing's set in stone.

This turned out looking really good!
The only crit I have is that the walls and pillars are all the same color, where as in the concept art, they're darker. I think having a different color for the pillars may make them pop out a little more as currently they disappear against the wall.

Thanks, yeh hadnt noticed it before :P maybe will go bk to it one day, got other uni projects to work on :P
