Main thing I can see is the circular holes in the metal work (screenshot 3) look very low poly compared to the rest of the model. They are 8-sided, where ase they are smooth circles in the reference image.
I really like how this turned out, the rockets/propulsion things look really badass in that last screenshot. The only main critique I have is how the building is hanging a little too far over the base and maybe the fact that it should be taller, however there's always room for creativity and nothing's set in stone.

The only crit I have is that the walls and pillars are all the same color, where as in the concept art, they're darker. I think having a different color for the pillars may make them pop out a little more as currently they disappear against the wall.

Maybe you could give us a screenshot out of the UDK with better lightning, sine it's hard to notice any details with this UDK-pattern applied to it.
