Weird normal maps

So, I was doing a chest tutorial, like some people advised. But the end result is the same. I got this weird triangles on my normal map.

Maybe smb knows what is it about?

What am I doing wrong? Followed the tutorial (the only thing I changed is not manually creating topology but using decimation master for it).

Zbrush decimation export - gona to Maya, soften edges, then export as FBX and into the XNORMAL

That lowpoly pic you posted doesnt have softened edges. If you did soften those edges, check for unwelded verts. Alos, your zbrush decimation mesh might have some invisibly thin triangles. Look at the mesh in maya (especially in the problems areas) and check for nice even topology. Move some verts around to make sure there isn't a second vertex hiding behind it.

Proper modeling aside, the edges don't look soft in your Maya screen grab.

You have to unlock the normals then soften as Maya locks them on import.

Ok, I've redone the low-poly mesh, imported into Maya, unlocked normals, smoothed them, uvd and export as fbx. But now I get error in Xnormal - attempted to read or write protected memory.

Confusing. Obviously it had smth do with unlocking normals.

I tried using obj to bake the maps but every time I export FBX and apply normal map, this is what I get

This looks like what you get when exporting with the FBX 2014 format in a an app that does not support it.

In any case, I remade the mesh, again and it finally worked. Smoothed and everything.
Here is the end result

It has some bugs though, stretching and stuff...
