Try this. How you do is not the "correct" way btw.Using that small mesh copies arent really optimized. Try to use bigger pre-attached/welded meshes and then they will work better.Look at the lightmap uvs here: http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/LightMapUnwrapping.html
So i looked these I still dont understand, in maya i use automatic mapping for the lightmap, I learnt to do it this way from tutorials and and it had worked well for everything else I have done so thats why I dont understand why its got the problem, ive tried taking the normal map off and it makes zero difference and same with the spec map as to the small mesh copies I thought that was the whole point of modular parts was to create a floor part, wall parts roofing etc and put them together in the engine here is map the mesh looked like and here it also shows the lightmap settings and the lightmap im using....
For normal non-dominant lights the specular reflection depends on the UV direction as far as I know. Dominant lights render the specular component dynamically so it looks correct.
