Male head study

My latest work. Getting very excited by whats going to be possible on next gen hardware. This is my target for what I would love to be working on with such consoles. Its a game res mesh with hand painted textures rendered in 3DSMax. The skin has a displacement map, skin shader, whilst the other parts have a normal map. The eye brows / hair etc are alpha planes... I wanted to keep it very much in game res/polycount methods. A simple shirt to finish the shot.
