Exporting from ZBrush for 3D Printing.

Hi there.

I'm getting a model 3D printed, and I need to make the model a single piece of geometry. Previously I simply merged all the subtools and exported as an .obj, but when I ran a density checker on Sculpteo.com, areas of my model were deemed too thin as if they were still seperated, despite overlapping and intersecting each subtool.
I attempted to run Unified Skin over the whole model but the resolution was simply not high enough. Can anyone help?
