GameBoy [Blender WIP]

I am recreating my old Gameboy in blender as you can see in the picture.
Its still not finished and I have some problems with the smooth edges.

this was the first rendering when I saw that the edges where too sharp so I edited it to this.

but now I have the problem that this edge is not smooth enough and I dont know hot I should fix this.

here is a screenshot how it looks in blender.

it is all subidvided with the subdivision surface modifier.
if someone has any idea how to fix this edge to make it smoother please let me know. thanks. ^^

    so you mean I should try to make the triangles to quads to get later a better lowpoly bake?

    just move those vertices until the corner is smooth.

    the problem is that I fighting now for a real long time with this speaker edge. if I remove one of the edge loops then the lines that goes to the speaker holes make some weird things so the plane surface looks stupid. the round border that goes around the whole gameboy I changed from the first picture in my post to the second picture was difficult to achieve and this is the best I can get it.(for now)

    but thank you Luka for the picture. I tryed it and it looks now much better. here:

    now I better work on at the plugin holes and the other side controllers.
