Where the images for the Dead Winter set!? Danidem just sent me teasers! Haha! You're Phantom Lancer set is one of my favorites. All three of your sets should be implemented, they are top notch.

Thanks guys! really appreciated. Hope one of the sets gets in soon (or better yet.. all three!), though to be honest there's a ton of great sets that still need to be approved, valve needs to get a move on! haha.

some updates for the FV set. had to change some stuff, and I still need to do the weapon and chest strap things. I was dumb and unwrapped everything before all my models were in, so finding room on the map will be annoying.. might have to re-bake.

Also changed the arms to be symmetrical, the other one had some issues, plus the set seemed pretty chaotic with every side different.

Woooo! That came as a total shock, I'm still kinda stunned to see all three at once. I heard sometimes they don't always go to store with the same patch, so I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow. Regardless, I think this pretty much guarantees that they'll get in sometime in the near future, yeah?

Thanks again guys! I got my copies of the items, tried them out in some games tonight, so happy. Looks like they didn't hit the store tonight but hopefully tomorrow or soon after. I know there was a glitch with equipping the lich hood for some reason so maybe that's what delayed it. It's gonna be so exciting to see other people running around with the items..!

and an update on the faceless void set:

started texturing, think I figured out the colors I want (ignore belt colors, need to be redone) and rigged it (easiest rig so far!). Still need to do most of the weapon and I'm trying to decide if I want to do a headpiece too. I'm pretty sure I will, even if I gotta stay up later than usual to make it happen, naruSol gave me a neat idea and I might run with that.

sadly I had to compromise on the set a little to fit the budgets, as the arms are no longer asymmetrical and there's no more straps/necklace on the shoulder piece. Once I realized I was dealing with 9 different meshes something had to be cut. Almost had to cut the top pauldron on his right arm to fit the budget, but I managed to wiggle it back in thankfully, didn't look as good without it. Depending on helmet budget I might give him a necklace as part of the head slot.

I'm planning on submitting the FV set tomorrow but here's a small update tonight.. some stuff came up in my personal life that kind of sent shockwaves through me, but I'm recovering and have been able to continue. At this point I just want this guy over and done with since it's been so long of on and off work.

Should be able to submit him tomorrow after I come up with names, then sometime soon I'd like to take another look at the helmet. His head is actually a full replacement and not a 'helmet' slot, so I can't add anything unless I cut out tris from him head model.. so I'm gonna see what I can do. Might need to cover his mouth.

I need to update the banner a little and I'm going to try to get some video if I can, but I'm having trouble putting the items onto the test server.. they keep showing invis this time, gonna try again later. I'm also gonna try to figure out a way to do the helm if I can, but it will need to change a bit.

still planning on updating FV when I get a chance with a helm and updated shoulder texture, but in the meantime I've finished up two couriers (being animated now), and am working on two dire weps and a spirit breaker set. hoping to finish them all up very soon!

doing a quick weapon for Faceless Void, followed by a Warlock staff then Radiant items and a set for Bounty Hunter. Couriers should hopefully be ready and submitted soon, working with some great partners to get them to you guys asap. This weapon is separate from my FV set, which I will be updating sometime within a month or two.

Looks great so far, but I think it could use some more bulk on top, to make it look chunkier and more heavy. The basic silhouette is also kind of similar to the timebreaker at the moment.

Dig the design and crisp details. Should look really cool when done

did a warlock staff sculpt tonight but it's a bit too detailed to fit into 300 triangles so I'm going to re design it a bit :x

thank you! got a BH one in the works next after a couple more single items. These two are a collab with Doubleleaf for this months dota comp. Enchantress spear and a Shadow Shaman head piece. both modeled, just texture time. hoping to get them both in soon!

the warlock staff had another pass at the concept and I'll be getting to that one when I can.
