Warhammer 40k - Imperial Giant Mutant

Hey guys, I am trying my hand at concepting. I got this picture ages ago while I was part of a mod team working on Dawn of War. We never made the unit afaik but I kept the picture. I have no idea if it's canon or kit-bashed. At any rate, this is my attempt at it and I am aware I am no Feng Zhu.

I am almost done with the character sheet views but I wanted early opninions. I mean, if it's crap I might as well not bother.

PD: Of course, I'll sculpt the guy and whatnot. Straight to marmoset.

That's really nice, kudos to you for trying to get more into concepting - are you coming from a 3D background? I'd do it myself if I didn't draw like a feckin 3 year old

nice big shapes, but needs more small details, like thin tubes and techy stuff

Thx for the input but could you elaborate? If you mean on the gun I already have a low poly version. If you mean more tubes on the body I am being careful since eventually I'll have to rig it. If you mean something else please tell me

I come from the self-taught background if that makes any sense. Focusing mostly on 3D now but I figured I'd try drawing instead of doing pre-existing stuff
