Having topology problem

In images where places are more lighter and in topology when i trying to work on thous places it gets deepen not raises. Plz tell me how to fix and whats the problem, what i done bad. (In other places works fine like it should be)

now i have other question

how to know what faces are fliped, coz its hard to see some of them. Or its just only this wey? (Bay looking lighter faces)

Just press this Button. The blue lines represents the normals.

I also find that 90% of the time, hitting "Recalculate" under "Normals:" on the left hand side will fix most problems that can occur with flipped normals, instead of trying to manually trying to flip them on individual faces. I believe that option only shows up while in Edit mode.
