so I saw this concept on the
Concept art for 3D Artists thread and I decided to give it a go! This was the initial concept

This is what I ended up with. It still needs a little bit more work, especially the wraps where the handle is but it's at a stage where I'm happy to post it.

For any of you who want the shader flow-graph

I think it gives a pretty nice end result =D Enjoy

Thats one of the things that needs some work, its using an alpha mask but if I put in the black outline it screws the silhouette =/ Im gonna thicken the lines add a normal at some point to see if that helps.
Thanks for the input =D
Ok cool, it might be enough to just up the thickness of the outline? Not sure, sounds like you can swap in/out ideas pretty quickly with that shader so give it a shot.
Also I darkened the shadows a bit. Just added a power of (set to 5) between the constant clamp and the divide in the lighting setup. Gives me a lot more control over the shadow darkness
Will try and find some time to fix the shotgun =D
Thanks guys
