Normal troubles

Hey, I'm wondering if someone knows what's going wrong with my normals in the following picture.
The Normals have been generated in Xnormal and the model is from Maya
I've tried smoothing the normals in Maya and rebaking, but the problem persists.
The model is currently being displayed in Marmoset.

Open your model in maya, go to Normals > Unlock Normals.
Then set up your normals to however they were when you baked, export the model, and tell us if that fixed it.

I unlocked the normals, smoothed the normals in maya then rebaked with the new mesh in xnormal. However, I've gotten the same result.
Someone told me to flip the green channel, though that didn't do anything when I did it in Marmoset.

And what was the problem? It really helps to report your solutions because the next guy that lands here via Google with the same problem will appreciate the info.

I doubt this thread would be helpful in that case. There's no specific terms that would land someone here except "normal troubles" and a picture of some random issue.

Someone informed me to turn the natural route, though that didn't do anything when I did it in Marmoset.
