Zbrush Deactivating

Weird shenanigans on the Zbrush front. I have a copy of Zbrush 4.0, since updated to R3, and every few months I'll press GoZ, Zbrush will load up and it'll suddenly toss up an activation screen. Is there something I'm missing? Why would it spontaneously forget that it's been activated? I bet it's something dumb that's been overlooked, but just thought I'd check.
