Zbrush Deactivating

Weird shenanigans on the Zbrush front. I have a copy of Zbrush 4.0, since updated to R3, and every few months I'll press GoZ, Zbrush will load up and it'll suddenly toss up an activation screen. Is there something I'm missing? Why would it spontaneously forget that it's been activated? I bet it's something dumb that's been overlooked, but just thought I'd check.

Disable the AUC of Windows and Run ZB as Admin, those are the top reason I can imagine.

It happens to me occasionally. Usually, when first updating, there is a period of time where I might have to reactivate several times in the span of a week.
