3DS Max Vertice Problem Turbosmooth

Well, I hate repeating myself in learning situations, so I wish to know why the turbosmooth is folding up. Be aware, I had this problem in the beginning and I have massacred my original to try and get the fold out. I know all verts should be on an end line and such, just bare with me.

How would one solve this problem? Why does this happen? My main questions.

So connect them.

Your getting a pinch because of those verts all scrunched up there...fix your edge flow and it wont crease there.

Even when I do that, there is still a pinch. You see the two unconnected lines? I connected them to the end edge, and still there is a fold.

check if you does not have duplicated edge or vertex..
