UDK Need help with Offsetting Texture

I have a texture of windows, an example should be below. I am trying to be able to create material instances (in udk) to switch between the different windows by offsetting the texture, like in Max. I thought this would be stupid easy, but have a feeling I am just missing the easy part.

I thought I could use panner to tell it to go .25 of the texture to the next, .5, .75, and hopefully you get the idea. Panner just scrolls the texture continuously.

Any ideas that would point me in the right direction?
