watch 3D movies with DVD player?

When I buy Avatar when it comes out I want to be able to watch it in 3D. Can I do that with a regular DVD player? And they can show 3D on regular DVD's too right?

3d comes only in blueray so you gotta rip it with a blueray ripper
mopst of them offer suitable options for getting 3d content on dvd player (like with analgyph or side by side)

considering the nature of the question, you do realise you need a 3D-TV to view 3D content, yes?

Yeah, I doubt anyone would spend thousands on a 3D TV without somehow discovering that 3d movies are on blu-rays.

Sorry to break it to you, but if you want to see a movie in 3d in your home you'll have to shell out a LOT of cash.

I'v yet to see anything that has really blown me away in 3d. I dunno if its just my sony tv and blueray but only about 20 or 30% looks really 3d, is that normal or should I have gone for a Samsung or something?

Whoah, holy crap. This is new spam territory. The spam bot actually runs two accounts concurrently and has a conversation with itself, hoping the spam link seems more legitimate.

Gotta hand it to them, at least they are getting creative.

It's a Chinese spam bot.
And "occupation: worker" - you can find this on some Chinese people's linkedin profiles and resumes as well. It's funny at first but now I wish people would just invest in better dictionaries.
