  go on imageshack website , upload your image. Then copy the link to share on forum that imageshack will give you and paste it here.

  Use a image hosting service, like http://photobucket.com/ to store your images. when you upload, Photobucket will give you an URL, with the adress of your image.
  Put this url between tags. Or use the landscape icon on the forum's text editor.
