Good and easy to use printing service (2D)

My mother is and traditional artist but she's awful at getting "out there" besides the traditional way of exhibitions. So i thought, hey! Why not print a few paintings or makes some new ones for printing purposes and sell them to a prize that people actually can afford. You know, people rather buy a "painting" on IKEA for two euros then an actuall painting for, aumm 700? :P
So, to my question. Do you guys know any printing services. Don't even know what to search for. She needs both the actual printing and the PR..
