What is your resolution for 2011?
Mine is to stop being lazy when it comes to working on my portfolio. And to start eating healthier.
EDIT: I just realized I spelled resolutions wrong, if an admin wants to change that. If not, just leave it so I can wallow in shame.

I don't normally do resolutions but if anything then it is to get my first job in the games industry and improve my entire environment art process. I've yet to truly sculpt and need to work on texturing.
But other than that, its to stop being such a bloody miser... I've been single a year and a half now and even though I get asked out every so often I still whinge on about being single. So its time to change that.
Oh and the usual, drop the weight, hit the gym etc, which I'll do for a week and then remember just how fucking awesome pizza is...

-I plan on doing more personal work (I feel as though I've really let that slip and should produce more polished pieces rather than just pooping out quickies)
-I want to restock my personal bar, mix / create more cocktails and drink more. (I gave up a lot of my collection when moving to the states and am only now starting to rebuild...bigger, stronger, better.) It's a hobby that has been put on the back burner since my move.
-I should be more active, my lazy lifestlye has gotten even more lazy lately.

And I've always wanted to see some of Japan. I've been wanting to for years. Maybe it's about time I make it happen? Seeing how many of you get to be there in the Tokyo thread made me greentoothgreen with envy :poly134:

I'm going to leave it at that for the moment. If I get too ambitious I'll start to lose focus. (as always seems to happen) I have my first iOS game mapped out pretty well, so I just need to roll up my sleeves and get to it. The cleaning of my domicile is also already underway, and as long as I stick with it I am confident of success. I'm kind of waiting on some updates to the OpenTK library for completing my port of Flixel, but I am confident that I can cross that one off my list inside of 2011.

-Continue to learn anatomy inside and out as well as the chemical function so I can be all the wiser in those drunken stupor moments with friends. Favourite muscle : Coracobracilais (tiny muscle that helps lifts the arm, it's so great it's like the overlooked unsung hero)
-Finally decide a career path, I've been interested in teaching figure classes more than working in the game industry now haha. (I wonder if companies hire teachers to teach their staff? Could be interesting)

My new years resolutions:
-become better really soon so I can go on a snowboarding holiday today! (I have a pretty annoying case of laryngitis at the moment).
-read cool books, like "the selfish gene" by Richard Dawkins, and maybe even more books by Robert Heinlein (my favorite Sci-Fi author).
-draw frequently.
-succeed at my study, with an average mark of around 7. (out of 10).
on a totally unrelated note, does anyone remember that website that shows certain images for a set amount of time so you can draw it?
