Looking for a lecture that was posted here...
I'm at a loss, I've tried searching but can't find it. It was posted in a thread here a few months ago. The lecture was from a game designer (I think?) and the was mainly about surviving in the game industry, it starts off with the pros and cons of seeking regular employment vs. freelance project-based work and toward the end he has some psychoanalysis on creative people and how to keep your sanity when you're down.
