Alright Guys, ive been working on him for 2 weeks now and looking for some criticism.
Ill fix all the textureseams when I finished the rest of the Model.
So comment plz

You really need to tone down some of that Ambient Occlusion (by about 75%). It's ruining your model in my opinion.

You put a lot of work into him, nice going.

Crits:
- I can't tell if its the angle of renders or the body proportions but the legs look really short.
- The head and physique look really emaciated for Kratos.

I think you might have a problem with your normal map there; some areas, like his abdomen, look like they're lit from below. Maybe you've got a flipped channel.

So I fixed the Normals, made the Legs longer, the Head a tad smaller and reduced the AOCC. Hope you like it and please keep commenting.

I agree that the head/neck seem a little off compared to the rest of the body. I think the other thing throwing me off is the skin shader. It has a very plasticky/normal mappy fake feel to it. Are you using colored spec? If not I think adding color to the spec map will help a lot, otherwise bump up the color values in the spec. I think that will help get rid of the plastic look.

The AO is still looking very dark and bad looking imho. Instead of just having black, add color to the AO so that you get rid of that fake black look.

Otherwise, cool design. Can you post wires and texture maps?

At first , i dont think he looks like Kratos other than the red line across his body and his weapons.
I think you should get rid of the blackness that you mostly have on the pecs and below the clavicle.
Also, please make his upper body wider because Kratos is a massive guy:

I assume you intended to have a different take on the character so I don't really have any crits regarding proportions or anything, but I second the advice of turning down the AO a bit, or whatever it is that's causing some spots to be pitch black on the model, such as these:

is it the superdirty ao that seems strange or is the normalmap also inverted? something looks really off here can't really say if your fixes really fixed aything but maybe its just the strange dirtmap

exactly what i was thinking.

you're free to reimagine the character however you please, but kratos would not have the fanbase he does today if this was his character model. he's bald, white and tattooed, but he's nowhere near what kratos's essence looks like. i think you missed the "hero" mark. kratos is very close to my heart, so forgive me if this is forward

other than that, great craftsmanship other than the few ao/normal/spec errors mentioned

It might just be me, but he looks like he just came out of a burning house, charred, smoky and dusty. That black in the crevasses is just too intense. Pretty good though! I like it.

The story is that he murdered his family and then their ashes stuck to his body so that everyone would see what he had done

If this is meant for a portfolio I would not label it just as Kratos, it does have similarities, but the face seems more crow-like then Kratos in the games, he seems rather skinnier, and does sort of remind me of Dhalsim from street fighter (as mentioned above).

To be honest you haven't exactly said what you were going for, if you were going for an extreme likeness to Kratos the biggest thing I see is the face.

But if you were going for some sort of hydrid / stylization the model is really nice and the texture looks really nice.

What strikes me the most when I see it is that it's missing the goatee, which I see as somewhat of a trademark for Kratos.

I wasnt trying to exactly recreate him, but to make my version of Kratos, I really didnt use much reference from Game.
And its not that I dont care, I just have the feeling that I worked long enough on the model and that I want to move on. But I will still notice every comment and critique and will try not to make these mistakes the next time.
So thank you all for your comments, you are helping me a great deal

Well then, you nailed it! That was exactly what I thought it was then. Good job. My only other crit would be, his skin seems to have an unnatural amount of specular highlights. If he is covered in ash, he could be more dulled down than normal skin. Great job nonetheless! Keep up the good work!

The main thing I would say is that the turnaround lists him as 'young kratos' but from the very first screen all the way to the turn around all I can see him as is very very old kratos. He looks like hes about 30 years older than he is in GoW 3 and hes now lost most of his muscle mass and become quite frail.

I know you don't care about him being a different 'take' on the character which is cool, but you've definately misinterpreted what effects being young or old would have on the body (and face in particular).
