I don't know if you need people's permissions first, that's from walrus at GA. That tut helped me out when I started out, so it might help other people.
nice! good links in there, I always intend to one day do that hard surface tutorial because I never really do hard surface stuff, but kept losing the link when I thought of it .
Eric, we can't thank you enough for updating and maintaining the Polycount Wiki. You've done a tremendous job, man and deserve the praise from everyone from the Polycount (and any other game-art) community.
These can both be merged into one link as you can find all my tutorials at my site. I'll be changing my site soon so I've set up a permanent redirect that will always point to my tutorials page.
I'm not sure if these fit this category in the wiki, but there are a lot of very useful tutorials in the CGTextures website, even if they are more tailored on photo manipulation techniques for texturing.
Access isn't the easiest right now, the admin is busy elsewhere. However it should be easier once we make the transition to the new site design and new server. I'll probably become admin then, and openness to members will be a priority.
About MXS though, I'd recommend the Tech-Artists.Org wiki since they have such a strong base already. Seems like the best place IMHO.

On a side note, I'd like to know how to get access to the wiki compilation, because it would be nice to add some content, maybe about MaxScript.
