Saw the syntax highlighting in one of the vids posted. Really looking forward to this release now. I'm hopeing theirs some way to drag+drop single icons and not just whole menus, sense I've yet to use any 3d software that let me go that crazy on customization other the ZBrush.

in addition to the color syntax, You can change the Script Editor Background color.

Ha... yes it can be a dark bg if you're so inclined I happen to like the traditional white bg for text but I'm kind of old fashioned that way. I will probably post a "what's new for scripting" movie next week. So stay tuned because there is more
I'm pretty pumped about further python integration. We do tons of PyQt stand alone and it's always a pain to have to go back to doing UI in mel. They've also announced pyMel in 2011, which is huge! If you're not on the python train, time to get on board.
