At any rate, I think this can't be it, but "Alabama Jones and the Busty Crusade"?
this is a proper, classic, completely mainstream blockbuster. It just happens to be one of the more obscure lines - and fades out slightly at the end so i'm not entirely sure what the last word is ... i just like to think it's muff. Certainly sounds like it. They probably only got away with it because of the fade edit.
although thematically you're closer
Just check through your man-shouting-on-boat-blockbuster DVD collection and you'll get it eventually.

Only bit I can think of is where they've just had their first sea encounter with the shark, and they're getting drunk with the old captain?
