I think you might need to supply at least one more quote. I didn't have any idea and decided to just look it up for myself on Google but not even on there were I able to find the answer :P
this is a proper, classic, completely mainstream blockbuster. It just happens to be one of the more obscure lines - and fades out slightly at the end so i'm not entirely sure what the last word is ... i just like to think it's muff. Certainly sounds like it. They probably only got away with it because of the fade edit.
I suppose Pirates of the Caribbean would be the obvious answer, although you don't strike me the type who'd call that 'classic'. And 'muff' isn't a term one usually assosciates with the Yanks.

At any rate, I think this can't be it, but "Alabama Jones and the Busty Crusade"?

Just check through your man-shouting-on-boat-blockbuster DVD collection and you'll get it eventually.

I think we're gonna need a bigger clue.
[edit] Doh! Didn't notice your post Joe. :P
Only bit I can think of is where they've just had their first sea encounter with the shark, and they're getting drunk with the old captain?
Its one of the salty sea dog lines that Quint is shouting out when they're taking the boat out of the harbour
Your go, BSJ
