I wanted for christmas only one thing, to get better from this awful throat infection that i had for a week so I would be able to spend next week somewhere away with my girlfriend.
Turns out that I got neat scarf and chocolate yesterday and today my throat feels incredibly better and all the pain is almost gone! YAY for the christmas!
Oh ye, and granny gave me some money that i spent on me and my roommates (5x Serious Sam HD - this will be the ultimate coop
Mainly I got things worth eating, plus the new Terry Pratchett book Unseen Academicals, the WoW: Wrath of the Lich King cinematic art book (very cool!) and a few DVDs (Moon, Watchmen, Bill Bailey).
No doubt the next few days will be spent trying to get my mum to learn how an iPod works...
I did rather well for myself:
Living room setting - 2 arm chairs, 2 seat couch, coffee table, rug to replace my old worn out futon. I could probably almost bring myself to invite people in to my little rathole now.
Box of assorted modelling knives. Oh so many knives. I can't imagine what I'll do with them all.
DVDs - My Neighbour Totoro, Pixar Shorts, Clutch live
Modern Warfare 2 (XBox 360)
Towels. Mmm fluffy.
Shower Curtain. Mmm free of icky black mildew.
Iced coffee mugs. Dad made these before he retired.
6 pack of assorted Bridge Road Brewers beers.
Milawa Blue Cheese, Kalamata Olives and assorted pestos.
Box of Nougat.
Plus a nice evening with the extended family. Good food, good wine. Good times.
I also bought for myself a intuos 4 medium
I think this is much more than what I deserve.

i did get a wicked cool Horror Classics calender for 2010, that comes with 12 dvd's, including Night of the Living Dead (orig B&W) House on Haunted Hill, and Frankenstein's Freakin Daughter!
Edit: and a black christmas hat with the words "Bah humbug" on it
(still, might get the Exodyssey art book once back with the family but it might be out of stock now so I don't hope too much for it :P)
