Modeling and making mods like I'm doing now actually, but with a Cintiq, and without the annoying overhead of bills, and food to worry about.
EDIT: Ooh, and a mechanical Dog nemesis for my dog. I think he'd like that.
Then I'd sit at home and make games and do contract work, then drive on the weekends and repair cars around the neighborhood. Grow food in the garden. The other 49mill would just sit and be used as needed, cash for the kids, take care of my folks, send cash to my little cousins to make sure they have a chance for post high-school education. I can't think of myself NOT working, even if I was loaded.
Oh and a bunch of the smallest fastest computers I can get my hands on for rendering stuff.

I figure if i ever have a few million laying around that i dont need I would built an observatory or something better than the huble space telescope. something about space and the cosmos in general i find very intriguing and im always interested in learning anything about it.
oh, and of course, start a game company, and hire everyone on PC
Would make an amazing art studio for myself, would go nuts with materials, and whip out paintings and whatnot as my richly self so desired.
I would give a shitload to animal charities, will try to save all the cats in the world, and all that good stuff.
And then go nuts on electronics, get a sweet house (or condo), and take my friends out for fucking expensive sushi dinners all the time.
I'd get myself a cracking set of boobzookas...and a mirror.
Buy a nice place and spend my days making art.
Give to a few notable causes and possibly start a studio.
Put away 2-5m for myself and my brother for retirement.
Put 2m away in a "rainy day" fund.
Put 8m in a "living expenses and toys" fund.
Put 5-10m into an account someone else can manage and grow.
Put the remaining 20-25m into starting a games studio or two.
I want to make games, I want to make big games, and getting a bunch of money wouldn't change that, it would just change the pecking order
And maybe do some other ridiculous stuff involving website merging.

Than either save up or give it to the charity or some one who needs it.
I'd probably set it up for some episode release, first game roughly 40 hrs, then 10 hr episodes after that. Its gotta have a story and be challenging first and foremost. And screw the ESRB. But I'd have the other artists collaborate on the story, ideas and implementation.
I'd probably set up the studio somewhere random, like the midwest since theirs no studios here, but I'd have to do it somewhere with an art scene.
Gotta get a nice car, Audi R8 sounds about right.
I'd defiantly want to design my own house, might get too crazy though.
I don't want to over spend on computer/tv's/ because those become out dated pretty quick, but I think I could invest in a killer audio system without having to worry about that. speaking of audio I'd like to learn an instrument too...

- buy a decent house and car (nothing crazy)
- travel for a while (since I'd probably never get the chance again)
- get a proper pimp workstation setup for meh home office
- donate to several charities close to my heart
- invest/save for retirement (I love what I do, so I could never stop working outright)

Excusing charities, cause I'm sure they'd squeeze in somewhere, I'd do the following:
Split it 50/50 with my partner straight away, and if we were married at the time, re-write the pre-nump!!! That leaves me $25M.
Next, I'd give $5M to each my sister and Mother. Leaving me $15M.
With my $15M, I'd make sure I was in at least a 3-4 bedrooom house in a nice area where I can own a bike for more than 2 weeks without it getting stolen. Then I'd buy a new bike. Also a car, or three (Mustang, '68 Firebird... and an Aygo or something to offset the carbon from those beasts).
I'd always said I'd create a (war)gaming club if I had infinite money... but the best one ever, with a bar, and nicely furnished. It'd not make much/any money but I and others with similar interests would be very happy.
I'd probably also help the friends that need it get out of any financial trouble too.

Step four: Buy my Mom a home and new car... she hasn't had either in a VERY long time.
Step five: Once the kids graduate, start traveling
Somewhere in there, I'd be having fun in the stock market and probably research opening a feelance design house. Opening (and running) a game studio costs more money than I think most people realize
