Advice needed on normal maps

Ok so i am beginning to work on my graduation portfolio soon, and with that i have been trying to learn as much about normal maps as possible. So my question is, does it look bad If I use object space normal maps instead of tangent in my portfolio? Or does it not matter either way?

The only risk is that the ones reviewing your folio might have no clue about the difference between them ...

I think you should show work with both, as tangent space maps are harder to get right (interpolation issues...) it would be good to show that you are aware of the problem and certain experience how to deal with it, adding extra geometry smoothing group issues blah)
