Change Max toolbar button size

I created a macro script and added it to the Main toolbar in Max but the words are clipping off. anyone know of a way that i can re-size the button so it is larger than the words in it. Thanks

Customize > preferences > General Tab > UI Display
Uncheck 'Fixed Width Text Buttons'

You can also use an Icon instead. Paint your own or use one of the ton of unused Icons that belong to features that aren't present in a toolbar.
