Zbrush retopo symmetry lost

So I was 1st time retopo-ying my way along the model until I realized that
a couple of hours ago I might have hit the x-key by accident. Any chance of
re-establishing the symmetry without doing all from the beginning?

Once the skin is made, try Tools: Geometry: Mirror and Weld
