Feedback on my uni work pleaseeee

Hi im a first year uni student my assignment was to create a normal map from the high poly tank i made and put it on a low poly tank. So any feedback will be much aprieciated.

I'm using Xoliulshader_2.0 to add all the maps but when i render the images the material doesnt apears any advice on what im doing wrong?

    Hey there welcome to polycount,
    The highpoly tank looks good, some higher resolution screenshots would be appreciated with some images of the texture sheets you are using (diffuse, normals) so that we can have a good look at normal map.

    On the other hand, I'd suggest to use UDK instead of UT3. UDK has an up to date version of unreal engine 3 with more features.

    Can't help you with the Xoliulshader since I don't use 3dsmax in a day to day basis, but there is a whole thread dedicated to it if you look for it on polycount.

    You can't render the xoliul shader (with mental or default) unless you screengrab your viewport which will take a lot of time.Use mental ray shaders for hipoly work :).

    your animation is kind of wonky...why not just do a nice smooth 3/4 angle turn around?
