Now on to some models. I was given a huge 4000 polycount limit on his main asset so I kinda went nuts with the silhouette.
Then I started on his body proportions- no poly limit yet... if I really need to I'll clean him later. I have a generic basemesh body and I shaped it the way I wanted my character to be.
So, I've gotten to his hair but that's it

I finally combined some and went with this guy
So then I did a few designs and liked this armor so I went with it

A bit of clipping showing up- definitely going to fix that.
