"Demon" character WIP

I am resurrecting this project. For reasons beyond this forum, i have not been completing projects that I start. But this is a start of a new chapter. I am going to be finishing all my projects that I have left in limbo and as much stuff i can from now on.

This is more of thread to give myself motivation, but please feel free to comment / critique

You are jumping into the details way to early on this. You really need to get the forms down first before you start adding in muscle definitions like you have. Step all the way back down and build the forms up slowly. Also it being a humanoid type character you really need to look at the posture. The calves should be the farthest thing back on the body. Please go all the way back down and then post some WIPs so we can help you define the form more. Also grab some anatomy reference to make sure you can get it right.

ok sounds good to me this was only my second attempt at zbrush so just playing around i will start off from a base again and then post some pics.

*Update*

I guess i got a little to focused on the muscles and didnt think about the body as a whole... Here are some fixed proportions and i think the posture is better. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

i just didnt work on the foot haha was just showing progress. Is all the anatomy bad or just the areas i havent really touched yet? Im using a reference maybe it is just a bad one. i will try and find more i guess

Instead of starting a new thread i figured i would just show my zbrush progress here. I have been taking a better look at anatomy and am trying to learn all the muscle structures and such. I am learning the face first and then moving down the body.. Here is my new attempt at a face in zbrush

it is roughly based off "House"

update...
I am trying to figure out what exactly to do with the jaw, I want it to look like the jaw is splitting and then turning into those spikes. (I don't think that is getting across at the moment)
Otherwise I detailed the face and moved the horns a bit.
