Modeling is really great! I think you can do some tweaking on the blood, it looks like a plastic paint. Maybe adding more details on the specular? The skin looks more plastic than a creature skin. Anyways, good work!
Could REALLY use more polygons to even out the silhouette on the body and arms as a whole. Rite now you can see the edges on the arms and on its back. Just try and smooth it out as a whole so that your paying more detail to the image as a whole not just the micro details.
Also try and work in some sub surface scattering into the defuse, and work on that spec map by adding some color into it.

@Theogodzero: My target for the chracter was 7K Tris but your right... you see thats to lowpoly and this isnt so good. I think i added more polys in the prickles and the arms ... than it looks much more better.
Also i tried to add color in the spec.
The results can you see in the next 2 days here in this thierd!

Thats rights it looks like plastic! Thx for your feedback. Today i worked on the Textur and now i think its realistic

That aside; Awesome! lol. I would add in the geo for the spikes. it's part of what makes the HP so interesting imo.
